Entourage 2016 exchange inbox not updating
But years of technology consulting have taught me that vendors are evil. Vendors will promise you the world and assure you its mail client (or other product) is the best. Even before I began offering IT services to others, family and friends purchasing new Macs would frequently ask which email client is the best on OS X.
I've always been partial to OS X Mail, which should make Apple developers happy. The app is integrated within the OS, loads quickly, boasts a basic but attractive interface, possesses clean and well-laid elements, and proves to be easily navigable.
I keep getting hundreds of these "Could not synchronize record: [...]" errors, but the meetings and emails refered to in the Errors panel do not exist - I deleted them, and confirmed that they are not in any folder, calendar, or anywhere.
They say error number: 19759 E.g.: Thank you, Matt!
These errors have been driving me nuts, and nothing I tried (clearing the cache, deleting the meeting, etc.) worked…until I followed your suggestion to permanently delete all of the meeting invitations from my Trash folder.
We continued to monitor the service throughout the night and the service has been functioning normally. Update: 11/9/2016, pm - Access to all mailboxes should be fixed now.
Update - pm We continue to monitor the spike in usage of the Zimbra service and have implemented several measures to address the problem but are still investigating the root cause. The database connectivity to mailboxes is once again working.
Mail is simple and not that complicated, and the resulting lack of complexity makes it more approachable.
